Extensions/Freezing: We DO NOT freeze memberships.
Cancellation/Refunds: No refunds shall be made for membership dues paid, except as follows: If the club is permanently closed or shut down by the management and the services cannot be provided at an alternative location, the management shall issue a pro-rata refund to the member for the unused portion of the membership term, calculated from the date of closure.
WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: This membership agreement contains a waiver & release of liability and indemnity agreement in section “VI” on the reverse side of this document to which you will be bound. Do not sign this agreement before you read it. By signing below, you acknowledge receipt of a fully completed copy of this membership agreement executed by you and the club and a copy of the rules and regulations printed overleaf. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
Declaration: While every reasonable effort will be made to provide a safe environment for your child, you acknowledge and accept that, during gymnastics and other activities, there is an inherent risk that children may fall, roll, or stretch themselves. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the management, staff, and any affiliated parties from any liability or claims arising from such incidents. Additionally, you consent to the trainer providing necessary physical assistance, including gentle touch, to facilitate the proper performance of exercises as deemed appropriate for your child’s safety and well-being.
